Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and record bookkeeping transactions as needed.
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts using Caseware.
- Perform specific accounting procedures and ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Manage accounting for complex entities, including financial instruments and VAT/VIES registered companies.
- Supervise junior accountants, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Prepare and review cash flow statements, Caseware notes, and tax computations.
- Facilitate audit engagements by liaising with external auditors and ensuring accurate files.
- Handle special studies and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
- ACCA/ACA partly or newly qualified.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional accounting setting; audit experience is advantageous.
- Expertise in IFRS and Caseware; knowledge of Navision software is a plus.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
