Your Profile:
You are an experienced Senior Backend Developer that loves learning and applying new technologies, you can provide technical leadership and you want to join a fast-growing company. You are passionate about what you do and have a proven track record of working with agile teams, writing excellent well-tested code and developing software at scale.
Must have Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience (4-6 years) with an Object-Oriented language (Java and/or Kotlin) and Framework (Spring Boot)
- Demonstrable experience writing modern Javascript (React, Angular, or Vue)
- A self-starter that loves solving problems and learning something new every day
- Have an active Github account with contributions to open-source projects
- Worked in an agile team and practiced either Kanban or Scrum
- Unix/Linux system administration experience
- An excellent communicator that enjoys working within a diverse team
- Fluent in English
- Highly dependable
- Experience leading a small technical team
A plus if you have the following:
- Demonstrable functional programming experience
- Prior experience in technical leadership
- A Computer Science or other related university degree
- Mentoring
