Our client is seeking to recruit an analytical and detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is vital for optimizing payment processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency in the organizations payment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze approval rates across payment methods and track account balances to ensure optimal performance.
- Leverage payment systems to improve deposit conversion rates.
- Identify payment-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them effectively.
- Provide insights and guidance to teams regarding decline reasons and alternative payment methods.
- Conduct research, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment providers to expand and enhance payment options.
- Perform accurate settlement calculations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage and implement changes required to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a similar role, ideally within the payments or financial operations sector.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills and a solid analytical mindset.
- Background in the gaming industry would be considered as advantage.
- Must hold European citizenship.
