About the Role:
As a Junior PHP Developer, you’ll play an essential part in developing new features and optimizing existing code across their platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, turning their ideas into functional and reliable software solutions. Working within a skilled development team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining robust software that aligns with business needs.
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from research, design and coding to testing and managing software systems.
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Actively participate in defining and implementing large-scale back-end services to support millions of users.
- Assisting in mentoring team members and participating in ongoing training sessions.
About You:
Enthusiastic about PHP development and ready to learn and grow in the fintech industry. To be successful in this role, youll need:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (e.g., Symfony, Laravel).
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in algorithms and data structures.
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity in GIT.
- Experience working in a continuous integration environment is a bonus.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like PHP Unit.
Additional qualities which might prove helpful but are not mandatory:
- Experience with Laravel.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue or similar.
- Experience with Linux and AWS services.
- Experience in the Fintech industry or implementing and integrating Payment systems.
Info & Benefits:
- Salary Range, depending on experience: 2000 to 2500 Gross per month.
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 17:30 P.M, Friday 8:00 to 14:00
- Possibility of Hybrid (2-3 days remotely) after the first few months.
