The Role:
As a Strategic Products Specialist, you will work on a wide range of complex projects from concept to realization, collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will play a key role in enabling the successful launch of new products and services, ensuring they meet business requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Your Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements, translate those into functional specifications and product requirements
- Design and Develop UAT test plan for new product deliveries or improvements to existing services
- Provide structured progress tracking of UATs to ensure successful deliveries
- Perform User Acceptance Testing to determine that the product developed does what it was designed to do and meets the business requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business needs and procedures
- Act as a liaison with external industry partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate the launch and introduction of the product or solution into the market or Business operations, in collaboration with the Core Segments owners or other Business teams

Your Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in UAT, Business Analysis, System Analysis, IT project management or similar roles will be considered an advantage
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs and of user journeys, flow diagrams definitions.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with cross-functional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.
- Fluency in English.
