For the incorporation of crypto-asset businesses in Cyprus the new directive prescribes the following Board Composition – Minimum of 4 Members (2 Executives & 2 Non-Executives). 

CySEC “Under the scope of the EU AML legislation by means of the 5th EU AML Directive and the introduction of the Virtual Assets Service Providers under the scope of the amended 5th AML Law in Cyprus is a very important first step.”
