1. What do you do at Emerald Zebra?

I do what I love the most, my passion for helping others! As a Senior Recruiter at EZ I make a difference in peoples’ lives, help them find jobs that align with their skills and desires and as I fully understand how a company’s success depends on its people, I always aim to source those people that will support the company in reaching its strategic goals and success.

2. Why did you choose to work at EZ

I chose to work at Emerald Zebra because it is an amazing team of professionals! EZ’s values, beliefs and what it offers align with my personal ones. At EZ we care for our candidates and clients and we offer them a professional and individual service of the highest standard, always coaching, guiding and consulting them through the entire recruiting process.

My intention is to follow the market changes, understand the needs of candidates and clients arising this year and align our services and goals with those needs.
