Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing & Recruitment Support), Limassol, Remote.
Type: Full-Time. (Located in Cyprus)
Salary: 18,000 – 21,600 + performance related bonus
Emerald Zebra is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment team in delivering top talent to clients in the FinTech, Tech, Finance, and Gaming sectors in Cyprus. This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent ready for submission to our clientele.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our team of recruiters to identify and engage candidates from our extensive CRM talent pool and utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter) to expand the pipeline when required. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from the CRM (primary focus): Manage and search our well-developed candidate database to identify suitable matches for open roles. Maintain and update the candidate CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and branded CVs.
- Support consultants with administrative tasks, including managing job postings to attract suitable candidates. Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to narrow down talent from CRM and external platforms.
- Secondary sourcing on LinkedIn and other job boards to supplement the talent pipeline when necessary.
- Screen candidates through email outreach and phone screenings to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Maintain an active pipeline of pre-screened candidates ready for submission to our consulting team.
- Collaborate closely with our team of recruitment consultants to prioritize sourcing for high-demand roles and ensure timely delivery of top candidates.
- Ad Hoc Business Development (BD) Projects – Assist with ad hoc BD projects, such as building client target lists, managing outreach campaigns and supporting new client acquisition efforts when required.
Key Requirements
- Experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, job boards).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally to relay key information.
- Familiarity with ATS or similar platforms. Strong CRM skills.
- English fluent, Greek desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus (EU). Must be based in Cyprus, preference – Limassol, especially for regular in person meet ups with the team.
