Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Reporting to: APAC People Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across the APAC region, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and support their team growth plans.
  • Source and attract potential candidates for roles such as Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relations.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pool to support current and future hiring needs within the company.
  • Support recruitment for other departments and regions globally when needed, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and consistent employer branding.
  • Use tools like Workable, LinkedIn, and Hiredly to manage job postings, track candidates, and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.
  • Support new joiners through the onboarding process, helping them adjust smoothly to the company.
  • Track and share recruitment progress and insights to help improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with People and business teams to identify practical ways to enhance recruitment and onboarding experiences.


Candidate profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an international and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEA/China labor markets and recruitment marketing practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, Workable & LinkedIn).
  • Structured, clear communicator with strong time management.
  • Confident decision-maker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail with a good sense of design and presentation.
  • Open to feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
