We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager
to join a fast-growing and creative international group of companies headquartered in Paphos, Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity for a Russian-speaking professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and visibility across multiple brands.
You will be responsible for managing the groups social media presence across several platforms, crafting compelling content, coordinating with in-house video and graphic design teams, and leading communication initiatives that reflect the groups values, activities, and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative, engaging social media strategies in English and Russian.
- Manage the social media pages of all group companies across various platforms including:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Google My Business.
- Plan content calendars, write engaging copy, and coordinate content production with the video and graphic design team.
- Lead communication campaigns and storytelling initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform changes to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and lead the day-to-day activities of the social media team.
- Report on KPIs and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written with excellent grammar).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing environment.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage multi-brand social media presence.
- Experience working with or leading creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters).
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools, social media analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative, innovative, and strategic mindset with the ability to execute campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team environment.
What’s on Offer
- Salary depends on experience: 42000 – 55200 EUR Gross/ Year
