Emerald Zebra is hiring on behalf of our client, a Cyprus based financial services provider specializing in named IBANs, crypto services, Visa card acquiring, and global APM solutions.
As Sales Relationship Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll engage directly with clients, identify opportunities, and represent the company at international trade shows, expanding its reach in the industry. What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
- Drive sales through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Track client account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide high-quality support via email, phone, and web chat.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge through training and networking.
Requirements:
- Business Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Mobile Payments and the Payment Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Information:
- Salary Range: 2600 to 3000 euro gross/month (Depending on experience) plus commission
- Location: Larnaca, Fully Onsite
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00 (45-minute lunch break) - Complimentary lunch twice a week, 22 days annual leave + your birthday off, team-building activities
