Our client a prestigious hospitality and real estate company are looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager in Paphos. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a breathtaking setting, surrounded by sea views, exceptional sports facilities, all within an environment renowned for its high service standards and luxurious amenities.
Must-Have:
- 5 years minimum of relevant work experience in a sales management role, preferably in Real Estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Strategic thinker with ability to capitalize on market opportunities
- Fluency in English language, both written and oral
- Ability to travel for work purposes
- Driving License
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Good knowledge of language (Greek, Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Approachable with excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
