The Role:
You will be managing employee relations, driving engagement and implementing data-driven HR strategies. You will act as a key advisor on people matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive culture aligned with business goals.
What will your day to day look like?
- Handle all employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with the employment law.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, ensuring HR practices comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights on employee trends, engagement and turnover.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and values.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees, offering guidance on people management and personal development.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal compliance.
- Act as a culture champion, supporting HR aspects of organizational change and embedding company values across all employee interactions.
- Ensure new employees are integrated smoothly through effective onboarding processes, fostering a positive employee experience from day one.
- Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and supporting smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR in and people management roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication); Greek is a plus.

- Competitive remuneration package – Salary Range: EUR 45,000 – 51,000 gross/year (based on experience and qualifications)
