Emerald Zebra Recruitment on behalf of our client, a VC, which holds investments in iGaming and Fintech companies is seeking a Head of Operations to join our client’s VC team to support and lead across their portfolio companies.
We are looking for a Head of Operations to join the Cyprus office, based in Limassol.
Role:
· Lead the Operations team covering the VC and Portfolio companies.
· Set and drive processes and procedures.
· Continuously improving processes and upskilling team members.
· Provide leadership to the team, setting KPIs and holding the employees accountable for delivery.
· Retrospective monitoring of chats and email exchanges to encourage continuous improvement.
· Oversight and accountability for agreements and documentation before they are shared externally to ensure clients receive optimal service.
· Ensuring good communication between all relevant functions.
· Continually expand the role and grow within the company.
Requirements:
· Experience of Fintech operations, i.e. from an EMI or Payment Institution.
· Experience of dealing with B2B customers, (as opposed to exclusively retail customers).
· Experience of systems such as Intercom / Jira.
· Proven experience in leading and managing a dispersed team both offices based and remote.
· Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities.
· Keen attention to detail.
