Our client is a well-established, multi-regulated brokerage firm headquartered in Australia, providing traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. As the company expands, it is looking to hire a Full-time Dealer in Cyprus (on-site).
About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in trading operations, focusing on risk management and ensuring smooth execution of CFD and Futures contracts. You will handle trade flow across back and middle office systems, oversee third-party risk platforms, and gain hands-on experience in market risk management and trade executionan excellent opportunity for career growth in the financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute hedge trades, monitor market risk, and manage margin calls and liquidations
- Oversee trading infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and responding to real-time alerts
- Investigate and resolve trade-related cases, including post-trade market misconduct alerts
- Reconcile trades and analyze client flow, providing insights into trading activity
- Support trade queries, working closely with internal teams to address issues efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the CFD industry
- Possesses a strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Is proficient in MT4, MT5, and Ctrader trading platforms
- Has excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities
- Works well in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach
- Is comfortable working on-site in shifts (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00) from Monday to Friday (no weekends or night shifts)
- A relevant certification
