Customer Support Agent (Shifts, Limassol)

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous customer support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and nights (24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient support to players via chat and email and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions and policies.
  • Assist players with account-related matters, including transactions, bonuses and verification.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws and anti-fraud measures.
  • Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall player experience.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive support and suggest improvements based on player feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a rotational schedule.

Information:

  • Shift schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends)
  • Starting salary 1700 Euro gross / month, plus:
  • 35% extra for hours worked on Sundays and for any hours between 23:00 to 06:00
  • 15% extra for hours worked on Saturdays, except for 23:00 06:00, which is 35%
