Emerald Zebra is seeking a Business Analyst on behalf of a prestigious client operating within the digital asset industry since 2018.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and tech solutions. You will work across teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and turn insights into action.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements: Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements for new products, features, and internal tools.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Assess and improve internal workflows, supporting automation and scalability across teams and systems.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication between business users, developers, designers, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive user stories, process flows, functional specs, and decision logs.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing research into fintech trends, competitor products, and user expectations to support strategic planning.
- Support Execution: Collaborate with project and product managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of product initiatives.
- KPI Definition & Tracking: Contribute to the identification and monitoring of product and business success metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
- Proficiency in creating documentation such as user stories, BRDs, workflows, and process maps.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Miro, or similar.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- Experience in digital finance, blockchain, or crypto platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
