Lead the Finance Function at a Trusted Cyber Security company in Limassol, Cyprus
Are you an experienced Accounting professional ready to take ownership of the entire finance function? Were hiring on behalf of a well-established Cyber Security company based in Limassol, looking for a Head of Accounts to join their team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management, from preparing reports and handling payroll to liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. You will play a key part in shaping the financial health and strategic planning of the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely and relevant recording of daily financial information based on international accounting policies and standards.
- Prepare and submit vat returns on a timely basis.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and perform clients/suppliers statements of accounts and reconciliations.
- Handles bank/creditor payments.
- Prepare the company’s payroll (including responsibility for payment of the related taxes and other deductions and contributions to the relevant governmental Authorities (Tax Department, Department of Social Security, etc.).
- Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g Banks, Lawyers, Auditors, Governmental authorities, etc.).
- Handle Value Added Tax, Corporation Tax, Defense Fund, G.H.S and other related payments.
- Manage day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare budget/forecasting management reports.
- Perform any other accounting tasks required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field will be considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Strong knowledge of TAX / VAT regulations, Labour legislation and payroll procedures.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting, payroll and software databases.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent planning organisation and time pressure management skills.

- Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 14:30.
- Location: Limassol, fully onsite.
