Spanish Customer Support Representative

Our client, a well-established Forex Company is currently seeking a customer-focused Support Agent fluent in both Spanish, to join their team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong service ethic, and is passionate about delivering outstanding support within the forex industry.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, delivering seamless support via phone, email, and live chat.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to resolve complex issues with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding forex trading, account management, transactions, and platform use.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve forex-related issues, including platform navigation, trade execution, and technical concerns.
  • Accurately log interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and account managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide clear and concise information about products, services, deposits, withdrawals, and account setup.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards in every customer interaction.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide constructive feedback for service improvements.
  • Achieve and maintain key performance indicators, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Experience and Background

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role, ideally within the forex or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial and trading-related concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Familiarity with financial products (e.g., currency pairs, market orders, trading strategies).
  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support within the financial industry.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer service software.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
