The Role:
As a passionate Influencer Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of the company’s influencer programs and activations while managing and growing their online and offline communities. This role is pivotal in building authentic relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and audience, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand values and strategic goals. You will be based in Limassol, Cyprus and work hybrid.
Responsibilities:
Your will deal with influencer Marketing and Partnership Management duties as follows:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors and content creators that align with the company’s brand values and objectives.
- Develop and execute influencer and ambassador programs that drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with influencers to co-create content, campaigns, and activations that resonate with their audiences and the company’s.
- Oversee contract negotiations, content deliverables, and campaign timelines, ensuring all projects are completed successfully.
- Monitor and analyze influencer program performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay ahead of trends to maintain innovative and competitive influencer marketing approaches.
You will have the opportunity to deal with Community Engagement and Growth duties as follows:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster an engaged and loyal community across platforms.
- Actively interact with the community by responding to feedback, questions, and comments in a prompt and empathetic manner.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to connect with the community, increase engagement, and build advocacy.
- Collect and share community insights to inform marketing, content, and cross-functional strategies.
- Monitor brand sentiment and conversations across platforms to strengthen relationships and loyalty.
You will deal with Collaboration and Strategic Planning duties as follows:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including PR, and Product, to align community efforts with overall business objectives.
- Keep updated of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the community strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Representing the voice of the community internally, advocating for user needs and feedback.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 4 years in influencer marketing, community management or similar roles.
- Financial industry experience is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for developing authentic and productive partnerships.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics for campaigns and initiatives to optimize results.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute unique influencer campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and sponsorship management software is a plus.
