Influencer & Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Limassol | Hybrid
Are you a strategic marketer with a talent for driving influencer collaborations and maximizing paid media performance? Our client is looking for a results-oriented Influencer & Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead influencer partnerships and oversee external digital media agencies.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and managing high-impact influencer relationships while optimizing agency-led paid media campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation. If you have a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital media management, this role is for you.
About you:
This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing influencer marketing and paid digital media. You will manage influencer partnerships while working with external agencies handling Facebook Ads, PPC, and other paid media efforts.
Main Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Research & Identify: Find and vet influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and trading communities who align with the target audience.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate performance-based agreements with influencers to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that promotes the company’s trading advantages, technology, and exclusive conditions.
- Compliance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all influencer-generated content adheres to forex industry regulations, avoiding misleading claims.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize ongoing partnerships based on performance data.
- Affiliate & Partner Integration: Work with the affiliate marketing team to align influencer campaigns with broader partnership strategies.
Paid Media & Agency Management
- Agency Oversight: Manage the relationship with external digital marketing agencies
- Budget & Strategy Management: Oversee budget allocation for both influencer and paid media campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Track paid media campaign results, ensuring agencies meet KPIs and deliver high-quality leads.
- Optimization & Reporting: Provide regular reports on influencer and paid media performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and reallocation of budget.
Trend Monitoring & Strategy Development
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and digital ad performance best practices in the forex and fintech industry.
- Continuously test new influencers, ad formats, and content styles to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital partnerships, or paid media management, ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Experience managing external agencies and ensuring they meet KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation skills for influencer partnerships and agency contracts.
- Strong analytical mindset to track and optimize influencer and paid media campaign performance.
- Familiarity with forex industry regulations and compliance considerations in financial marketing.
