iGaming Customer Support Representative (Limassol, Larnaca)

Are you a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills? Join a leading iGaming company as they seek to hire a Customer Support Representative for their Larnaca or Limassol office.

Salary and Information:

    • Salary: 1700 Euro gross/month, plus an extra amount per night shift (average 5 per month)
    • Quarterly bonus of up to 400 Euro
    • Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 shifts per week (8-hour shift) on a 24h rotation (08:00 to 16:00 or 16:00 to 00:00 or 00:00 to 08:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system and e-mail
  • Answering clients requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients needs
  • Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts on rotation (08.00 -16.00, 16.00 – 00.00 and 00.00 – 08.00)
  • Experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Attention to detail 
  • Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
  • European citizenship
