About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to lead and expand the compliance department within a fast-paced iGaming environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining licensing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing payment structures for the groups brands, including online casinos and white-label operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with licensing requirements in offshore jurisdictions (e.g., Curacao, Kahnawake, Anjouan).
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Act as the central point of contact for regulatory authorities, audits, and legal compliance matters.
- Manage and maintain licensing requirements for owned brands and supported white-label partners.
- Conduct due diligence and risk management for new payment service providers (PSPs) and banks.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and oversee the configuration of anti-fraud tools.
- Provide expert advice on licensing, payment agreements, customer terms, and affiliate contracts.
- Lead initiatives to apply for new gaming licenses and maintain existing licenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, reconciliation, and product teams) to ensure compliance alignment.
Requirements
- 2 -5 years of experience in a compliance role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of offshore licensing frameworks and AML regulations.
- Experience working with PSPs, banking agreements, and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
