French VIP Representative

Emerald Zebra are partnering with an innovative service provider dedicated to delivering tech-oriented, high-quality services that empower client growth and success. As part of their continuous expansion, they’re looking for a French-Speaking VIP Representative to join their team in Limassol and build lasting relationships with their top value customers.

This role offers a 4-day work schedule totaling 36 hours per week, with shifts running from 8:00 to 17:30 or 14:00 to 23:30. Enjoy a balanced work life rhythm with 4 days on and 3 days off.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll become an integral part of the VIP team, managing relationships with high-value clients by:

  • Handling queries, requests, and potential complaints via email and chat, ensuring a personal and premium customer experience.
  • Monitoring daily customer activities, analyzing player behavior, and offering bonuses, gifts, and rewards aligned with business goals.
  • Meeting SLAs for satisfaction, response time, and quality while contributing innovative ideas to enhance VIP processes.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the industry to provide timely updates to VIP clients.
  • Collaborating with account managers to handle escalations and deliver seamless service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Very personable, sociable and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life
  • Great organisation, relationship building, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and ability to manage promotional risk
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to provide world-class service to valuable customers
  • Available to work shifts & weekends (8:00 17:30, 13:45 23:15)
