My background includes extensive experience in HR and Talent Management in FinTech, Tech, Finance, and iGaming, allowing me to understand the strict requirements of companies as well as the aspirations of candidates.

I take pride in being highly detail-oriented, ensuring that I match the right candidates with the right roles, not just in terms of skills but also culture fit because culture plays a vital role on the success of the business but also on the success of the career development of the candidate. My ability to engage with clients and candidates on a personal level ensures that the recruitment process is more than just transactional, it becomes a tailored experience that meets the individual goals of everyone involved. By consistently prioritizing long-term success over short-term placement, I help ensure that both parties benefit from sustainable and productive relationships.
