How you’ll you be achieving your and the company’s success:
- Provide technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Experience in technical support in the payments industry is desirable (training will be provided).
- An understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
