Our client is a leading Crypto payment facilitator with offices in Berlin. They are looking for an experienced, autonomous and self-reliable Sales Manager – REMOTE – to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
You will be directly responsible for the expansion of their customer’s database.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in outbound sales.
You are expected to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients to build them into long-term, profitable relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and articulate their value propositions to prospects.
- Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
Skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in one of the following areas: Fintech, Finance, IT, Luxury Retail.
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager / Account Executive.
- Excellent English required, any additional language is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and handle objections.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a start-up environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Enthusiastic and committed personality.
