Senior Manager, Cybersecurity and Privacy (Future Partner Track), Cyprus

What you’ll do

  • Lead cybersecurity, privacy and IT assurance engagements end-to-end.
  • Act as fractional CISO/DPO for retainer clients in fintech, gaming, accounting and other sectors.
  • Oversee ISO 27001 and DORA readiness projects from planning to implementation.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand services in Cyprus and abroad.

What you bring

  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or IT audit ideally with exposure to financial services.
  • Strong track record in client-facing delivery, with the ability to manage juniors or outsourced teams.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISSP, or CIPP/E.
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Confidence to represent the organisation at events, conferences and in high-level discussions.
