What you’ll do
- Lead cybersecurity, privacy and IT assurance engagements end-to-end.
- Act as fractional CISO/DPO for retainer clients in fintech, gaming, accounting and other sectors.
- Oversee ISO 27001 and DORA readiness projects from planning to implementation.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand services in Cyprus and abroad.
What you bring
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or IT audit ideally with exposure to financial services.
- Strong track record in client-facing delivery, with the ability to manage juniors or outsourced teams.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISSP, or CIPP/E.
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confidence to represent the organisation at events, conferences and in high-level discussions.
