Senior Back Office Officer

Join a CySec regulated investment Company, with a friendly and flexible working environment. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Back Office Officer for their office in Limassol.

As a Senior Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for managing and handling the operations of the Back Office department.


  • Prepare manuals, and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks by conducting periodic reviews, identifying irregularities, and implementing appropriate controls and procedures
  • Manage the processing and monitoring of all customer deposits and withdrawals
  • Report suspicious transactions to the compliance department
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Provide support to the Finance department in regards to client payments, reconciliations, monthly and yearly reporting and any other tasks as required
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale departments performance


  • BA in Finance, Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field
  • 3 years of experience as a Back office Officer is a must
  • Fluent in English Language – Any other language knowledge on a fluent level will be considered an advantage
  • CySEC certificate is considered a plus
  • Good communication and team spirit
  • Excellent skills on attention to detail
  • Computer literate

Salary depends on experience: 33K – 42K EUR Gross/ Year + Benefits
