Sales Development Representative, Limassol

A leading provider of business intelligence, credit risk, and compliance solutions boasting unrivalled expertise in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, with HQ in Limassol Cyprus is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Hybrid) to be a key member of the sales team. This is a new role for the Limassol, Cyprus office which will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline. Acting as the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR sets the foundation for meaningful client engagement and drives the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using various tools and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Target and engage specific personas relevant to the companies solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transition them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via phone calls, emails, and social media to initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Regularly update lead statuses to ensure a well-managed and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including lead generation, outreach activities, and meetings scheduled.
  • Provide actionable feedback on outreach campaigns, market trends, and client needs to refine strategies and enhance performance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and French is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without close supervision.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Time Management with a focus on Selling Activities (70% of the time).
  • Prior experience in the Business Information industry with a focus on risk management solutions (Credit, KYC and AML compliance) is a plus.
