We are on the look-out for a driven professional to grow and manage client relationships, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, your goal is to promote our client’s products and services while building long-term partnerships to drive revenue. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction through timely communication via email, phone, and web chat.
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Ensure customers receive their products and services on time, track client metrics, and manage projects that align with both client and company goals.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Share ideas for improving processes and mentoring junior team members.
- Meet deadlines while handling multiple client accounts.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training.
Skills/ Requirements:
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
- Experience in Sales or in a similar role is a must
- Relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge or Experience of Account Management
- Analytical thinking
