What Youll Be Working On

  • Use best practices to find, investigate, record, document, and monitor bugs in a structured and efficient way
  • Create and execute test cases with a wide, thoughtful approach to quality
  • Read and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
  • Communicate effectively with the Development Team to resolve issues quickly
  • Demonstrate deep understanding and gather evidence for clear bug reports
  • Design and execute regression test suites and perform system testing
  • Perform basic API and expert-level frontend testing
  • Execute tests at all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Review test cases written by team members to maintain high standards
  • Provide time estimations for assigned QA tasks
  • Participate in QA planning, brainstorming, and review meetings
  • Suggest continuous improvements in QA and internal company processes
  • Ensure the product meets a high standard of quality and fulfills business needs
  • Work effectively in a Scrum/Agile environment
  • Adhere to company policies for Quality (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001/GDPR), and Health & Safety
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive company or client data
  • Perform duties in good faith and in full compliance with relevant legislation
  • Take on additional responsibilities as defined by company policy or leadership


What You Bring

Were looking for someone that is both technically capable and a great team player. You should have:

  • 3+ years of industry experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on experience in functional, integration, module, and regression testing
  • The ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Deep understanding of web application testing
  • Experience with data validation (strong knowledge of data types and testing specifics)
  • Proven experience working on complex projects
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to conduct manual testing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of MS-SQL or similar database
  • Excellent command of English (Greek is a plus)
