As an Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, they offer a wide range of financial services, including payments, e-money issuance, and identity verification. Our advanced anti-fraud and anti-money laundering systems ensure the highest level of security for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence platforms.
- Configure workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, automation rules, and issue types to support business processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for all Atlassian-related requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for scalability and resilience.
- Ensure data integrity, manage backups, and perform regular system updates and patching.
- Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users and teams.
- Enforce security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards aligned with financial industry regulations.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams for integrated tooling and reporting.
Requirements:
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a complex, enterprise-level environment
- Deep understanding of workflow design, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, automation rules, and issue types
- Strong proficiency in configuring Atlassian tools to meet diverse business and operational needs
- Solid troubleshooting skills, performance monitoring, and maintenance experience
- Familiarity with ITSM principles and tools such as Jira Service Management
- Knowledge of security protocols, access controls, and data governance in regulated industries
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills for training and support
Preferred/Valued Experience
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, Python) and experience with tools like ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira
- Integration experience with Active Directory, CI/CD pipelines, or other enterprise systems
- Exposure to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001, ISO 20022 etc)
- Experience customizing Confluence spaces, templates, and macros for advanced documentation workflows
- Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Atlassian Certification (ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud / ACP-100: Jira Administration for Data Center) is a strong plus.
