The Company:
Our client is a premier asset management firm that specializes in providing quantitative trading strategies for money managers, high-net-worth individuals, and introducing brokers through white-label asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, maintaining and enhancing their codebase while driving the implementation of advanced trading strategies that utilize cutting-edge technology and quantitative models. A strong background in trading technology and a deep commitment to industry best practices are essential.
- Lead the development and execution of algorithmic trading strategies, emphasizing quantitative models.
- Ensure the optimization of trading infrastructure for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.
- Maintain ownership of core development projects and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in algorithmic programming, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Staff Engineering role, preferably in trading development.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies, with a strong understanding of options pricing models and market microstructure.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, alongside experience with trading platforms and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with CI/CD processes, including version control tools like Git and platforms such as GitLab.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of ownership and delivering impactful projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating across different teams and organizational levels with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced trading environment.
Information and Benefits:
- Salary Range, depending on experience: 8K to 10K euro / month plus performance-based bonuses.
