Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Payments Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions, supporting the day-to-day operations of our payments system, and maintaining a seamless experience for our clients.

Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and understanding of financial processes will play a pivotal role in safeguarding FP Markets operational integrity while upholding our reputation for reliability and excellence in the financial industry.

Reporting to: China’s Country Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling and monitoring clients deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
  • Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
  • Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
  • Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
  • Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements request


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Experience in a client-facing position will be considered an advantage
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Native or near native in Chinese and Fluent in verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)

Interview Process:

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 min – 1 hour) to assess match to our culture and company
  • Final Interview with the People Partner (45 min – 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team


Location: Kuala Lumpur, KL Eco City

Working hours: 3pm – 12am
