Our client is a Cyprus-based financial services provider specializing in named IBANs, crypto services, Visa card acquiring, and global APM (Alternative Payment Methods) Services. Every customer gets a dedicated Account Manager for truly personalized support.
This is a role where payments meet people and potential, ideal for a driven professional with expertise in business relationship management, mobile payments, and the wider payments ecosystem. You’ll interact directly with clients, source leads, run sales meetings, onboard new customers, and travel occasionally to international trade shows.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Drive sales through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Track account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide high-quality support via email, phone, and web chat.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge through training and networking.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
What you bring
- Proven experience in business relationship management, sales, or a similar role within the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile payments, IBANs, and global APM services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
Package & benefits:

2,000 to 2,500 gross/month (depending on experience) + commission - Location:
