As a Payment System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, efficiency, and integrity of our active payment systems. They will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing our payment solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:


1. Maintenance & Oversight:

o Continuously monitor the performance of active payment solutions, ensuring
their optimal functionality.
o Coordinate regular system checks, updates, and maintenance activities.
2. Quality Control:

o Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the reliability
and accuracy of payment transactions.
o Identify potential areas of improvement, recommending and implementing
strategies to enhance system performance.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:

o Rapidly diagnose and resolve any issues or disruptions in the payment
systems.
o Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to rectify problems and
minimize downtime.
4. Documentation & Reporting:

o Document standard operating procedures, maintenance activities, and quality
assurance results.
o Generate regular reports detailing system performance, issues, resolutions, and
quality metrics.
5. Stay Updated:

o Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and potential
risks to inform maintenance and quality control strategies.

Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing payment systems, with a strong emphasis on
maintenance and quality assurance.
3. Technical proficiency, with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with a keen focus on quality and reliability.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
