Office Manager

Our client is currently looking for a skilled Office Manager to join their team in Limassol, who will maintain a good operating environment and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a team with the Company’s current Office Manager and reporting to the company director.
  • Purchase of groceries & stationery, shopping for the needs of the office;
  • Inventory management and procurement;
  • Maintaining the offices clean and in order (interaction with cleaners);
  • Organization of workplaces of new employees;
  • Organization of necessary office repairs and maintenance;
  • Coordinating with building and maintenance services;
  • Control of utilities payment;
  • Coordinating with contractors (approval & signing of contracts, organization of payment, control of work execution);
  • Mail management;
  • Assistance with company events;
  • Close interaction with the HR and accounting team for day-to-day office matters.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in a similar position of 2+ years;
  • Higher education;
  • Confident PC user, fluency in MS Excel, Word;
  • Eye to detail, proactivity;
  • Discipline, punctuality, responsibility;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stress tolerance;
  • Full working proficiency in English & Greek (Russian is a strong advantage);
  • Driving license (own car is an advantage).
