Office Admin/Receptionist

Our client, a well established and fully regulated Forex Company is seeking to hire an Office Admin/Receptionist to join their team in Limassol to oversee the smooth functioning of their office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answer questions they may have and provide general support.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the offices including office supplies, cleaning, maintenance and inventory .
  • Place orders for the needs of the office through various vendors and ensure the office is stocked appropriately.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
  • Handle complaints or problems that arise
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Any other ad hoc duties from time to time

Main Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a receptionist or office admin will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
