Junior / Intermediate Sales Manager

Our client is a growing Payments company in Limassol.
They are looking for an office-based, high-performing Junior Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for maximizing their sales potential, and help bring the business to the next level. 

Main responsibilities:

Sell directly to customers
Sell through an existing network of clients
Follow up sales contacts and anticipate sales activities
Work with the team and answer the customers in the best way possible
Create leads and follow up until closing
Understand new applications and updates and communicate about them efficiently

Requirements and skills

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
At least 1, ideally 2+ years of successful experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting targets, ideally in the Fintech industry
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly customers
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Perfect English required and other languages are assets


Very competitive package. Depending on profile and experience – 2000 to 3500 euros gross + Commissions
