Rotational Shifts: 09:00 to 18:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 15:00 to 24:00 (One guaranteed Friday off per month)
Salary Range: 1800 to 2000 Euro gross / month (depending on experience)
Your Responsibilities:

Monitor trading activity and ensure the smooth operation of trading platforms such as MT4

Stay informed on market developments and news affecting major instruments offered by the company

Carry out daily operational tasks during assigned shifts

Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements at all times

Provide support in trade execution and resolve technical issues as needed

Review client trading activity and assess performance trends

Source pricing from liquidity providers and execute trades on behalf of clients

Generate trading statistics and performance reports

Accurately quote, confirm, and process client trades in line with company policies
What you bring:

At least one year of experience in a dealing or similar trading support role

University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

CySEC certification (or currently preparing for the examination)

Familiarity with the MT4 trading platform is considered an advantage

Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule 09:00 to 18:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 15:00 to 24:00

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Knowledge of best execution principles and relevant procedures

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication and organisational abilities

Focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
