Junior Customer Support Officer

Our client, a CySec regulated Forex Company, is seeking to hire a Junior Customer Support Officer to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Professionally address inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on platform usage, account setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Be always updated on company products and services.
  • Process client applications while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve account-related issues.
  • Maintain precise records in company’s systems.
  • Escalate critical matters when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and accuracy are essential.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written

Advantageous:

  • Fluency in any other language
  • Knowledge of forex trading concepts and financial markets
  • Prior customer support or Backoffice experience in forex or financial services

Further info:

  • Salary depending on experience: 1300-1600EUR Gross/ month
  • Working Hours 9am-6pm
