Our client is looking for talented IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals, particularly in the fintech sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on LinkedIn and a proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and interviewing technical talent within the IT and fintech domains.
As an IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing exceptional candidates who possess the technical skills and industry knowledge required for our client’s success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Leverage your network and established presence on LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates in the IT and fintech sectors.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events, to identify top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, industry knowledge, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within IT and fintech to inform recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters/agencies, negotiate fees, screen candidates, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong background in sourcing, hiring, and interviewing IT professionals.
- A proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring technical talent within the IT and fintech domains.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using any Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Recruiter Lite, etc).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A well-established LinkedIn profile with an active network and presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a nice to have.
