We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Team and gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions.

Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in various aspects of People operations, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with onboarding processes: preparing offer letters and contracts, coordinating induction plans, and ensuring smooth new joiner experiences
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
- Helping to organise and track learning & development activities, including employee training sessions, webinars, workshops
- Contributing to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs)
- Supporting recruitment activities including drafting and posting job advertisements
- Assisting with documentation and preparation of HR materials (policies, procedures, reports)
- Supporting global HR projects such as policy reviews, audits, DEI actions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure smooth people operations
- Performing general administrative duties and providing day-to-day support to the People Team
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR practices and employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
- Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an asset
