We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment to engagement and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle. From sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers in order to understand staffing needs and support with job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Use job portals, social media, and agencies to attract top candidates.
- Maintain and update HRIS and ensure data accuracy for audits and internal reports.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and support new hires through their first days.
- Assist employees and manage a smooth and successful employee relations process
- Plan corporate events, activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Manage contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation with professionalism and care.
Background and experience:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and a people-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
