Head of Dealing FX/CFD Brokerage (Remote)

About the Role:
A well-funded, international brokerage is seeking a Head of Dealing to take full ownership of its dealing desk. This role sits at the heart of trading operations leading execution flow, managing liquidity provider relationships, and overseeing risk exposure. The company operates as a fully remote organisation, with staff across Europe and Southeast Asia, and is entering a pivotal growth phase where discipline, transparency, and client-first values set it apart from many competitors in the FX/CFD space.

The successful candidate will not only manage daily dealing desk activity but also bring the structure, rigor, and leadership expected in highly regulated environments such as CySEC, FCA, or ESMA even though the business currently operates under FSC licensing. This is a chance to influence how the trading environment is shaped from the ground up, while contributing to a startup culture backed by solid financial resources and ambitious expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

Lead the dealing desk, supervising a team of 5+ dealers.

Oversee liquidity provider (LP) relationships and bridge/LP connectivity.

Monitor execution flow, pricing, spreads, and risk exposures across products.

Implement best practices for A/B book management, toxic flow analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate with the Head of Trading Ops, Risk, and senior leadership to align strategy and processes.

Contribute to regulatory reporting and ensure internal discipline aligns with higher-tier regulatory standards.

Mentor and develop dealing team members to achieve excellence in execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years experience in FX/CFD dealing operations.

In-depth knowledge of MT5, CFDs, FX, and multi-asset products.

Strong track record in liquidity management and execution flow.

Previous team leadership and proven ability to scale dealing operations.

Experience with A/B book management, toxic flow analysis, and LP/bridge technologies (e.g., FXCubic).

Understanding of regulatory environments (CySEC, FCA, ESMA, FSC).

Ability to thrive in a startup culture: accountable, hands-on, and flexible across time zones.
