Head of Business Development

Our client is a regulated FX Broker with offices in Dubai, Seychelles, Cyprus and Nigeria. They are seeking to hire an experienced Head of Business Development or Head of Partnerships to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a robust team of business development managers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally
  • Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis
  • Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
  • Create both team and individual KPIs and create plan to ensure targets are met
  • Drive partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business strategy with a focus Master IBs, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe
  • Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad
  • Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a partnerships professional
  • Previous experience with a European Forex regulated company is a must
  • European clients base portfolio is a must
  • Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
  • Experience in relationship management and client retention
  • Native/ Fluent in English is a must
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Based in Cyprus EU citizenship/ Yellow Slip is a must
