Global Head of Business Development

Our client is a well-established FX Company, regulated by CySec, offering innovative investment and FinTech services to professional traders and institutions.

They are seeking to hire an experienced Head of Business Development to join their team in Limassol.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving company’s growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding their market presence globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and segments for expansion
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the industry to enhance the company’s market position
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company’s goals
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, develop business cases, and execute market entry strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative business development initiatives
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison between the company and external parties
  • Lead and inspire a global business development team
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s success
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results
  • Analyze key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ability to communicate accessibility and concisely our product to prospective clients and partners


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA would be considered as advantage
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, or Marketing, preferably in the financial industry
  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory or Management experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Networking skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Familiar with technology and platforms used to our field
