German Business Development Officer

Our client is a CySec regulated investment Company, and seeking to hire a Native German speaker with experience in Business Development to join their team in Limassol.

In this role you will be responsible to generate leads, expand the client base, and contribute to the overall revenue targets of the company.


  • Identify and research target markets, assess market potential, and devise effective strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop targeted marketing campaigns, materials, and promotions tailored to specific regions
  • Build and maintain relationships with introducers, brokers, and other strategic partners in target markets to generate qualified leads and referrals
  • Monitor industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build a strong professional network
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to potential clients
  • Track and report on business development activities


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Forex industry or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of the Forex market, trading instruments, and the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet business development targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plan
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Native in German and Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel as required to attend conferences, and industry events
