Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Technical Analyst for its Digital Trust Services Department based in Nicosia.

The Digital Trust Services Technical Analyst is responsible for the development and management of technologies for the Trust Services area.
The role is a hands-on infrastructure, application and service support role and the candidate will work directly on the service technologies including Public Key Infrastructure, software applications and related technologies.
The responsibilities include requirements gathering and definition, technical design and specification, testing, coordination, implementation support and break / fix of the technical services.
You will interpret internal/external business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements to products, processes or services.
Job Duties/ Main Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep technical understanding on PKI architecture (Certificate Authority, Registration Authority, Remote Key Management) in order to develop it effectively and assist on how to incorporate new technologies.
- Evaluate all PKI architecture and develop required presentations and white papers for all technical processes and issues.
- Coordinate with all software vendors and Support Engineers to perform investigations on all application issues and provide effective resolutions
- Administer all Trust Services systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations and determine appropriate procedures for all the technologies and assist in all equipment configurations.
- Participate in integration tests as defined in the test specifications, including event logging and reporting of results
- Project lead for production hardware setup, configuration and software deployment, security configurations, infrastructure testing, and license installations.
- Analyze all business requirements and recommend appropriate applications and technology solutions and design all data flow charts and diagrams
- Coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze all business requirements of clients and provide resolutions for all business and IT associate issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and operations departments and maintain compliance to all applicable regulations and provide solutions for process optimization
Personal Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in the field of Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or Business Information systems or related field.
- Previous Experience in similar role will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent planning, reporting, problem solving and organization skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/systems simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and experience with REST based APIs will be considered as advantage
